Low energy consumption building, 60 Kwh/sqm/year

Located in the joint development zone of Beauvert, for which Ateliers Lion is in charge of the coordination and of the project management of public spaces, the project consists in the creation of 82 residential housing as well as activities spaces. The complex as a whole responds to the urban context, insures sunshine and allows to unveil the rich typologies of public spaces. The car park’s roof supports a kitchen garden, a greenhouse, and cabins.
