To turn an ancient factory into housing

The M5 Block is built upon the former Gondrand factories site. The most iconic building has been preserved and turned into lofts. All around, housing buildings imagined in collaboration with Roland Castro, emboldened life and exchanges thanks to a landscaped path open during the day.

2004 GOLD PYRAMIDE and SILVER GILT PYRAMIDE for sustainable housing.
