Eco-district in the Rif
The city of Issaguen is a booming holiday destination. The exponential development of the city, multiplied by three on the long term, causes problems regarding the control of existing eco-systems and the means necessary to handle the mountain water flow, while preserving building lands of plains. Our proposition is to limit urban development by favouring a certain density, to create ditches at the heart of districts and to multiply flood-risks lands. The river is maintained in its natural bed. Exploiting local energies is one of the condition to sustainable development.
