Environmental approach and thermal optimisation

Marseille’s harbour and the coastal perspectives lead us to compose, between two highway viaducts and one housing tower, simple and clear volumes in harmony with the surrounding monuments : the Major, the dome of La Vieille Charité, and the Fort Saint-Jean. A large square covers a five-levels car park and gathers four architecturally distinct buildings, drawing the new shape of coastline of Marseille.
