On the PSA site, a new mixed district is organised according to its proximity with the Seine and to the new park of 1,5 ha.

Coordinator architect and in charge of the public spaces, Ateliers Lion associés has also been entrusted with the construction of 2 housing blocks. The L1, Avenue des Grésillons and Rue Olympe de Gouges, and the L5 endorsing the shed system in memory of the former industrial site. François Leclercq architect-urbanist, Louis Paillard architect-urbanist, Joly&Loiret architect are in entrusted with the other blocks.
